Wellbeing & Holistic Fitness Coach

Step into a journey of joyous movement, dance, energy, renewal and connection with me, Simona. This is a space created for everyone who wants to feel softer in the movements, stronger in body, calmer in mind, and freer in spirit. Here, wellbeing isn’t just about exercise – it’s about connection, joy, movement, and discovering what your body and mind can truly do. Through authentic and mindful movement and dance,  Zumba, Thera DanceFit, Strong Nation, CIRCL, and shared experiences, we grow together, building a vibrant community that supports and inspires.

What I Specialise In

Mindful movement, Thera DanceFit and Zumba 

Workouts that combine mindfulness,  cardio dance powered by Latin and World music and breath-work.

Strong Nation

Martial Arts inspired HIIT- workout that combines cardio and muscle-conditioning moves, using just your body weight, all perfectly synced to the beat of high-energy music, yet you stay in control of the pace and intensity.

CIRCL Mibility 

Programme that's designed to help you unlock the body's potential through mobility, flexibility and breath work exercises

Community

Creating a welcoming space where people feel seen, supported, and uplifted. Where we move together, share energy, and build genuine connections that go beyond the class.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE CLASS

Come just as you are — with an open mind and a willingness to move, unwind, and enjoy.

👕 Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely.
🧘 Bring a yoga mat for mobility and stretching.
💧 Don’t forget plenty of water to stay refreshed.

AWAKEN YOUR ENERGY WITH THERA DANCE-FIT

  • Start your week with a revitalising blend of somatic and mindful movement, followed by the uplifting energy of Zumba. The session closes with mobility stretches and calming breathwork — leaving you centred, energised, and ready for the days ahead.

  • Beginner-friendly | Boosts mood & vitality

  • Ignite your power with this martial arts–inspired HIIT workout, blending heart-pumping cardio with muscle-conditioning moves. Each session finishes with mobility stretches and calming breathwork — leaving you strong, energised, and balanced.

  • Suitable for all levels | Builds strength & stamina

  • Fee: £10/class; | First-timer taster: £5

  • Location: Holy Innocents Church Hall, Strickland Way, Orpington BR6 9U

FRIDAYS 19:00 - 20:30

UNWIND WITH THERA DANCE-FIT FLOW

  • Let go of the week’s tension through an uplifting blend of expressive, unstructured dance and mindful movement. Flow freely, soften your body, and reconnect with yourself. The class closes with gentle stretching and calming breathwork, leaving you refreshed and restored.

  • Beginner friendly

  • Fee: £12 per class; | First-timer taster: £5

  • Location: Orpington Village Hall, 311 High St., Orpington BR6 0NN

IMPORTANT: For everyone’s safety (and to keep our insurance valid), please make sure you are fit and well before taking part in class. If you have any injuries or health conditions, do let me know so I can support you appropriately. It’s also your responsibility to check with a medical professional, if needed, before starting any new physical activity.
